The Charleston hotel will waive taxes on accommodations, meeting rooms and food and beverages for meetings reserved before April 3, 2009 and held before the end of the year.

Thebooking must include a minimum of 15 guest rooms. With the current state of the economy, the offer aims to help meeting planners stretch tight budgets with a substantial discount of 12.5% on rooms and 9.5 % on food and beverages.

Ideal for meetings of any size and budget, the hotel features almost 5,000 square feet of function space, accommodating groups of 10 to 350. For larger-scale meetings, the adjacent Hibernian Hall offers an additional 6,000 square feet plus a 600-square-foot stage.
