Southern Palms is a gated community located in the growing town of Ladson SC which is between the Town of Summerville and the City of Charleston SC. We are convenient to everything you need and just a short drive to shopping, financial services, doctors, recreational activities, and area attractions.

At Southern Palms, you'll enjoy a carefree lifestyle in the privacy of your own home. Jensen Communities' land lease allows you to buy more home with less money. Visit the exciting Market, where local craftspeople sell their wares, the downtown Visitors Center to learn the history (line up a private or public tour), or try some of the fabulous restaurants. If you want to stay closer to home, visit Summerville SC that was once a retreat from the hot summers for wealthy Charleston residents. Summerville eventually grew into its own community and today boasts the famous Azalea Park, where breathtaking acres of color greet visitors every spring.

Southern Palms is designated for people 55 and over. The minimum age is 40.

I-26 westbound to exit 205A or I-26 eastbound to exit 205 - Route 78 west toward Summerville/Ladson. Drive approximately 1.4 miles to 1st stop light. Turn left onto Ladson Road. Drive to the third traffic light. Turn right into Jamison Road. Drive approximately .2 miles. Southern Palms is on right.
