Located in a building that dates back to Revolutionary times, Carolina's is less than 100 feet from the Cooper River in historic downtown Charleston, SC.
The restaurant pays homage to its world-renowned predecessor (Perdita’s, opened in 1953) with items from the original menu –and by employing classic Southern preparations.
From recipes and preparations to using fresh, local ingredients (including produce and herbs harvested from the nearby farm at Kensington Plantation), Carolina’s continues to be a culinary institution in Charleston.
